What you will do

• Map and identify workflow automation opportunities across business domains like Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Operations.
• Design and build end-to-end AI agent workflows, integrating with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure retrieval pipelines, prompts, and tool access to ensure reliable agent performance.
• Manage agent performance in production by tracking KPIs such as throughput, quality, and cost.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to validate model and workflow changes before deployment.
• Collaborate with domain leadership to align technical solutions with business priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Hands-on technical fluency with Python, SQL, APIs, and CLIs.
• Working knowledge of LLM behavior, prompting, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong technical and process judgment with a focus on outcomes and KPIs.
• Ability to handle security, auditability, and least-privilege access in production environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise agentic platforms like CrewAI, LangChain, or AWS Bedrock.
• Background in product management, consulting, or technical operations.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or GxP.
