What you will do

• Deploy and configure AI Revenue Agents in customer environments to drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps stakeholders to map and optimize GTM workflows.
• Customize agent behavior using prompts, data integrations, and routing logic.
• Develop reusable implementation patterns and documentation to scale deployments.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams.
• Train and enable customer teams on new AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States
• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation or deployment roles.
• Technical experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, data pipelines, or CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of sales workflows such as prospecting and pipeline management.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into executable deployment plans.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation models.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI copilots, agents, or LLM-powered tools.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global platform.
• Background in Revenue Operations or GTM consulting.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or SQL for configuration and debugging.
