Program Manager (Technical)

TL;DR

Program Manager (Technical): Leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple project tracks throughout the full agile lifecycle with an accent on technical workflows, tools, and platforms. Location: Hybrid (USA) - Teams in the office an average of four days a week in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Minneapolis, or New York.

Salary: $70,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee the entire delivery and execution of programs consisting of multiple projects and tracks.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, managing direct reports and staff utilization.
• Establish project communication and processes using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Manage project estimation, budgeting, burn reporting, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate resource needs and availability across the office and network.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing agile, technical projects in an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ people and manage direct reports.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and Miro.
• Experience with Azure and GovCloud environments is highly recommended.
• SAFe certification or experience working within the SAFe framework.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and conferences.
