What you will do

• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and timely delivery of periodic processing events for sponsored plans.
• Manage risk and improve service delivery efficiency and quality.
• Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams like Compliance, Trust, and Pricing & Trading and external partners.
• Participate in sponsor calls, meetings, and onsite client presentations.
• Support sales opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong customer service skills and experience managing sensitive, at-risk client relationships.
• Must be located within a 50-mile radius of the assigned office in Boston, MA.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and office requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
