What you will do

  • Manage and retain relationships with top ARR clients and pooled plans, ensuring post-onboarding needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and identify opportunities for product expansion.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to gather client feedback and represent the voice of the customer internally.
  • Create processes, playbooks, and resources to streamline account management operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
  • Support cross-functional teams and provide coverage across service departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY, Austin, TX, or King of Prussia, PA.
  • College degree or equivalent customer service experience.
  • 2-4 years of retirement industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Commitment to superior customer service and ability to handle high-volume inquiries.
