Manager - Business Transformation - Capital Markets

Location: Hybrid in Irvine, CA or Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and design future-state processes for capital markets operations, trading, and investment management.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders across trading, operations, compliance, and portfolio management.
• Drive process optimization and operating model redesign to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Guide clients from ideation through implementation of systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows.
• Partner with technology teams to translate business needs into system designs and implementations.
• Support change management through training, communications, and adoption strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience in business transformation, solution design, or process optimization.
• Strong experience with business process design, change management, and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Experience working with technology teams and bridging business and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and data-informed process design.
• Knowledge of financial products such as derivatives, equities, fixed income, FX, or commodities, or experience in investment banking, custody, fund administration, or asset management.
