TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Irvine, CA or Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do

  • Conduct business process analysis and design future-state operations for trading and investment management functions.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops to align requirements across trading, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Drive process optimization and operating model redesign to improve regulatory compliance and efficiency.
  • Guide clients through the full lifecycle of system and workflow implementation.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in system design.
  • Support change management efforts including training and communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of consulting or industry experience in business transformation or process optimization.
  • Strong background in change management and transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of financial products such as derivatives, equities, fixed income, and FX.
  • Experience working with technology teams to bridge business and technical needs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
