What you will do

• Conduct business process analysis and design future-state processes for Capital Markets operations, trading, and investment management.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders across trading, operations, and compliance to align requirements.
• Drive process optimization and operating model redesign to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Guide clients from ideation through implementation of new systems and operational workflows, focusing on user adoption.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in system design.
• Support change management efforts, including training and communications for complex financial products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience in business transformation, solution design, or process optimization.
• Strong background in business process design and change management initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience bridging business needs with technical implementation.
• Knowledge of financial products such as derivatives, equities, fixed income, FX, and commodities.
• Must be based in or able to work in Irvine or Los Angeles, CA
