What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for complex electromechanical components from sourcing to delivery.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support satellite programs from prototype to constellation-scale production.
• Manage supplier relationships, including due diligence, onboarding, and performance monitoring via scorecards.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure BoM readiness and timely material delivery.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including financial, schedule, and technical bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining ERP systems and developing scalable procurement tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, or adjacent roles.
• Direct experience sourcing medium-to-high complexity electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
• Proficiency with ERP, Procurement, or MRP systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes for mechanical or electrical components.
• Willingness to leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience in space, aerospace, or high-complexity hardware industries.
• NetSuite experience.
• Knowledge of CGP, ITAR, EAR, or Controlled Goods sourcing.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP designation.
