What you will do
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for complex electromechanical components from sourcing to delivery.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support satellite programs from prototype to constellation-scale production.
- Manage supplier relationships, including due diligence, onboarding, and performance monitoring via scorecards.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure BoM readiness and timely material delivery.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including financial, schedule, and technical bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining ERP systems and developing scalable procurement tools.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, or adjacent roles.
- Direct experience sourcing medium-to-high complexity electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
- Proficiency with ERP, Procurement, or MRP systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes for mechanical or electrical components.
- Willingness to leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and innovation.
Nice to have
- Experience in space, aerospace, or high-complexity hardware industries.
- NetSuite experience.
- Knowledge of CGP, ITAR, EAR, or Controlled Goods sourcing.
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP designation.
