Supply Planner

What you will do

• Balance inventory targets, customer service levels, and safety stock requirements for assigned SKUs.
• Resolve supply issues to ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives.
• Use MRPs and other tools to review inventory projections and prevent potential shortages or excessive inventory.
• Ensure accuracy of all purchase order data to support Sales, Operations, and Transportation teams.
• Optimize purchasing options by combining various products onto single orders to reduce costs.
• Conduct business and performance reviews with key suppliers on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including experience with graphs, pivots, and vlookups.
• Very strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Commitment to process improvement and ability to perform root cause analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of integrated planning software.
