What you will do

• Establish, track, and communicate branch targets for inventory and service performance.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor service levels to ensure stability.
• Perform root cause analysis for supply chain variances and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to monitor and reduce underperforming inventory.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a team including Supply Planners, Forecasters, and Inventory Coordinators.
• Set goals and strategies to improve branch forecast performance.

Requirements

• University degree or specialized certification (PMAC, APICS, or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of management experience required.
• Proficiency with ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise judgment in inventory management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
