What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product certification and regulatory approvals across global markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions between Sales, Systems Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Identify and remove certification roadblocks to ensure on-time customer shipments.
• Manage escalation paths and communicate regulatory risks to leadership.
• Ensure products meet regional import and export requirements for revenue recognition.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, ON
• Experience in product certification, trade compliance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong grasp of global import/export requirements and agency approval processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders on execution plans.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Detail-oriented with strong project management instincts.
