What you will do

• Lead extended operations teams through all product lifecycle phases including R&D, NPI, and EOL.
• Drive contract manufacturers to achieve output plans by resolving capacity, yield, and quality constraints.
• Define and execute supply chain architecture strategies to balance agility, inventory levels, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in product yield, cost, and supply assurance.
• Measure supplier performance through KPI tracking and implement mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact.
• Generate manufacturing plans and ensure supplier readiness for new product volume ramps.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
• Proven expertise in Operations and Planning, specifically within telecommunication or optical technologies.
• Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and product engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Ability to work and travel across time zones and outside of standard business hours as required.
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and collaboration skills for managing virtual teams.

• PMP certification.
