What you will do

• Own the roadmap for patient and care team experiences from discovery to iteration.
• Partner with clinicians and operations leaders to identify and solve workflow pain points.
• Design onboarding, enrollment, and care plan experiences for cardiovascular patients.
• Build tools that reduce administrative load and help care teams prioritize high-risk interventions.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into practical, user-friendly product features.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to operationalize AI-assisted workflows and tasking logic.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or care delivery.
• Proven track record building workflow-heavy products for operational or clinical teams.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to map complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).
• Comfort driving cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, claims, or clinical data workflows.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, or operational intelligence.
• Proficiency with analytics or SQL.
