What you will do
- Own the roadmap for patient and care team experiences from discovery to iteration.
- Partner with clinicians and operations leaders to identify and solve workflow pain points.
- Design onboarding, enrollment, and care plan experiences for cardiovascular patients.
- Build tools that reduce administrative load and help care teams prioritize high-risk interventions.
- Translate complex clinical requirements into practical, user-friendly product features.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to operationalize AI-assisted workflows and tasking logic.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or care delivery.
- Proven track record building workflow-heavy products for operational or clinical teams.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to map complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).
- Comfort driving cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, claims, or clinical data workflows.
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, or operational intelligence.
- Proficiency with analytics or SQL.
- Early-stage or high-growth startup experience.
