What you will do

• Lead project planning by translating statements of work into detailed plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including Strategic Operators, Creative Operators, and Activation Directors, to deliver unified outcomes.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for project status, timeline updates, and delivery coordination.
• Manage project-level budgets, resource utilization, and scope boundaries to ensure account profitability.
• Build standardized delivery frameworks and process documentation to improve consistency and scalability.
• Anticipate project risks and develop contingency plans to maintain predictable delivery rhythms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within pharma, life sciences, or healthcare marketing agencies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream client engagements on time and on budget.
• Working knowledge of pharma commercialization, omnichannel campaigns, and regulatory review processes.
• Experience with budget tracking, resource utilization, and P&L accountability.
• Practitioner mindset: Active daily use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney) to build workflows and solve problems.
• Location: Must be based in the USA (compensation is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.).
