Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors & HR Integrations)

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, time management systems, regional payroll platforms, and third-party HR applications.
• Manage employee master data, organizational structures, and time-tracking data flows across global HR platforms.
• Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents, data mappings, transformation logic, and interface specifications.
• Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing to validate payroll and time data exchange.
• Maintain integration architecture documentation, mapping inventories, interface specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll teams, and external vendors to resolve integration issues and improve data quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors, primarily Employee Central and HR system integrations.
• Experience integrating time and attendance platforms with enterprise HR systems.
• Working knowledge of Mexico payroll processes, statutory payroll data, and regional HR compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience designing third-party integrations between HR, payroll, and workforce management systems.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform Integration or similar enterprise middleware.
• Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English is strictly required.
