What you will do

• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to drive IXL engagement.
• Provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions.
• Travel locally up to 60% to conduct sessions and support district partners.
• Collaborate with district leaders to create professional development plans aligned with instructional goals.
• Use data to drive decision-making and strategize implementation steps.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to manage and grow customer relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, Florida.
• 7+ years of experience in educational professional development.
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences.
• Experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally up to 60% of the time.

• Prior experience working within the M-DCPS district.
• Familiarity with web-based instructional technologies.
