What you will do

• Work independently and collaboratively to create, review, and revise assessment items based on state standards and grade-level appropriateness.
• Develop well-rounded assessments following blueprints to meet customer needs.
• Provide constructive feedback on assessment items and design.
• Collaborate with the assessment design team to meet internal and external deadlines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Strong professional experience in assessment writing and editing, especially authoring tech-enhanced items in assessment management systems.
• Deep knowledge of academic standards and ability to design aligned assessments for K-12 students.
• Subject-matter expertise in ELA, math, science, or social studies.
• Experience in education; former teaching or educational publishing experience is a plus.
