Location: Hybrid - Denver, CO (2 to 3 Days In-Office Per Week)
Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 USD (Base pay)

What you will do
- Grow revenue within the existing customer base through strategic upsell and cross-sell motions.
- Drive new logo acquisition in the SMB territory via outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and channel collaboration.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and product demonstrations to business case development and closing.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with 3x or greater coverage and provide accurate weekly forecasting.
- Analyze the competitive landscape in identity management to position products effectively.
- Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maximize activity efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven success in a quota-carrying, high-velocity SaaS sales role with a track record of new business generation.
- Strong pipeline management skills and rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
- Consultative, value-based approach to selling, connecting product capabilities to business risks and outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for navigating multi-threaded deals across IT and Finance personas.
- Experience managing full sales cycles in a competitive, multi-product SaaS environment.
- Must be based in Denver, CO for hybrid work (2-3 days in-office).
Nice to have
- Experience selling in cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Familiarity with channel and partner-assisted sales motions.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for prospecting, research, and outreach.
- Knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales qualification framework.
