What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 100-120 existing mid-market customer accounts with full ownership of renewals and expansions.
- Conduct discovery-driven conversations to identify customer pain points and convert them into upsell opportunities.
- Drive adoption of key sales initiatives including Daybreak, UDDI migration, and Threat Defense.
- Use AI-driven forecasting and CRM tools (Salesforce, Clari) to maintain pipeline visibility and data hygiene.
- Partner with Sales Engineers and Channel Account Managers to demonstrate technical value and co-sell.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas for expansion and renewal revenue.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA, US.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles (CDR, BDR, renewals, or inside sales).
- Proven ability to manage a book of business while driving customer engagement and retention.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with IT and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or KPIs.
