Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $90,000 base salary with on-target earnings of $150,000, plus equity.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through engagement, expansion, and retention across the partner base.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, delivering solutions that increase satisfaction and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
  • Achieve and exceed quotas based on expansion metrics and renewal rates.
  • Maintain and reinforce company culture while advocating for the partner community.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or Channel/Direct Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP space and the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong bias to action and ability to execute tasks efficiently.
