Inside Sales Representative - Property & Casualty

Location: Remote within the United States, with company approval; the position may not be performed remotely from New York. Availability is required for all operating shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM CT and Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM CT.

Salary: $21.44–$29.16 per hour plus sales incentive bonus. Compensation is based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Engage customers through inbound and outbound calls, email inquiries, and digital platforms.
• Drive new business by explaining insurance products and helping customers understand their options.
• Maintain the required daily call and contact volume to meet production goals.
• Use effective sales techniques to achieve close-ratio targets.
• Meet established quality and compliance standards.
• Stay current with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Call center, sales, or customer service experience.
• Clear and confident customer communication skills.
• Motivation to work toward sales goals and performance metrics.
• Availability for all stated operating shifts required.

Nice to have

• Two years of college or equivalent business experience.
• Experience refining sales approaches and improving results.
