Inside Sales Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Remote - California

Salary: $26.45–$31.25 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls to retail agents to generate opportunities, convert leads into submissions, and turn quotes into bind orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail agents and sales executives.
• Educate customers on quoting platforms and services.
• Track submissions, quoting activity, sales calls, and performance trends.
• Resolve agent issues and provide information to the marketing team.
• Assist underwriters with placing insurance business.

Requirements

• Must be based in California while working remotely.
• Obtain a property and casualty insurance license within 90 days of employment.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive and professional phone presence with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must provide an acceptable motor vehicle record and maintain minimum required insurance coverage if driving is required.
