Director of Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel; hybrid model with three days per week in the North Tel Aviv office and two days working from home

hirify.global provides an AI-powered finance automation platform for accounts payable, global payouts, procurement, expenses, corporate cards, supplier management, tax compliance, and treasury.

What you will do

• Lead a team of four Product Managers and provide mentorship and professional development.
• Own product roadmaps for Accounts Payable Automation and Mass Payments.
• Balance customer needs, enterprise finance workflows, API scalability, and market direction.
• Guide execution, sprint scoping, and delivery across product lines.
• Partner with the development team in Israel and the broader product organization.
• Engage executive stakeholders and translate business needs into product priorities.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of product management experience with web-based B2B SaaS products.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience leading Product Managers.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, business orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with thorough attention to detail.
• Relevant academic degree and a proactive, execution-focused approach to solving practical problems.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a mobile product.
• Software engineering background.
