Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United States (San Francisco, CA office presence required)

Salary: $88,000 – $289,000 USD (range varies by location)

What you will do

  • Lead and transform the People Operations team to align with the new Employee & Manager Experience strategy.
  • Oversee all employee-facing HR services, ensuring high-quality support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and automation, including the implementation of agentic support models.
  • Standardize and document global HR policies to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
  • Partner with TDI and HRIS teams to configure systems for intuitive, self-service employee experiences.
  • Provide the operational backbone to shift transactional support away from People Business Partners.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven leadership experience in People Operations or HR service delivery at scale.
  • Strong product-minded approach to designing HR processes and workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing global HR policy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through significant organizational transformation.
