Salary: $88,000 – $289,000 USD (range varies by location)

What you will do
- Lead and transform the People Operations team to align with the new Employee & Manager Experience strategy.
- Oversee all employee-facing HR services, ensuring high-quality support across the employee lifecycle.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation, including the implementation of agentic support models.
- Standardize and document global HR policies to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- Partner with TDI and HRIS teams to configure systems for intuitive, self-service employee experiences.
- Provide the operational backbone to shift transactional support away from People Business Partners.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven leadership experience in People Operations or HR service delivery at scale.
- Strong product-minded approach to designing HR processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience managing global HR policy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through significant organizational transformation.
