Salary: $100K–$110K base

What you will do
- Lead strategic pursuits from initial qualification through to contract award.
- Facilitate capture planning and develop winning proposal strategies and themes.
- Manage complex public-sector and enterprise proposals, ensuring full compliance with procurement requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, delivery, finance, and legal contributors.
- Build and maintain proposal processes, content libraries, and governance standards.
- Mentor proposal contributors and scale the proposal function to support long-term growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada with experience leading public-sector proposals within the Canadian market.
- 7+ years of experience in proposal and pursuit management.
- Strong understanding of federal, provincial, municipal, healthcare, and education procurement.
- Proven track record of managing complex pursuits and winning proposals.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within consulting, technology, or digital transformation environments.
Nice to have
- APMP certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Professional).
- Experience building proposal functions and response libraries.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted proposal development tools.
- Experience managing proposal coordinators or specialists.
