What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements confirmation sessions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end solution design for multi-departmental, multi-phase implementation programs.
• Document business and technical specifications for forms, reports, and integrations using Salesforce and hirify.global platforms.
• Manage project scope, risk, and change requests to ensure successful delivery and margin protection.
• Mentor junior and intermediate consultants and contribute to the practice's delivery methodology.
• Implement AI use cases for requirements documentation and user story generation to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology enablement, implementation consulting, or business analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record of leading requirements-gathering for public-sector or SaaS clients.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Experience working in Agile or modified-Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in public-sector verticals such as permitting, licensing, or code enforcement.
• Experience with data visualization and process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Experience advising on enterprise integration strategies and data migration.
