What you will do

• Evaluate front-to-back trade flows to identify standardization issues and automation opportunities.
• Design current and future-state process flows and develop Target Operating Models.
• Collaborate with technology and AI teams to implement automated solutions for clients.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage assessment workstreams and support the coaching of junior team members.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, Corporate and Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Deep knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle, including clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of broker-dealer infrastructure and post-trade market infrastructure like DTCC and SWIFT.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with trade data and exception reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with emerging trends like settlement acceleration, ISO 20022, and tokenization.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
