What you will do

• Analyze tender plans, specifications, and technical/commercial clauses.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Create project schedules, critical paths, and manpower curves.
• Perform technical and financial calculations, including cashflow forecasts and budget cost coding.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and lead internal bid management meetings.
• Negotiate with external companies and manage the transition to the delivery team.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Civil Engineering Technology diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal/sales, procurement, or construction.
• Fluency in both French and English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• Legal status to work in Canada is required.
• Strong project management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle complex, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
