Location: Remote (continental United States); Hybrid schedule for NYC and SF candidates (3–4 days in office, required attendance Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Salary: $60,000 base; OTE $95,000 + target equity + benefits

What you will do
- Run the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through close
- Identify buyer pain points across different service-business operators and tailor outreach accordingly
- Use AI to research prospects, personalize outreach at volume, and reduce administrative overhead
- Onboard new customers to the GlossGenius platform so they see value quickly
- Share customer and prospect feedback with Marketing, Product, and Ops
- Exceed sales targets and KPIs using a metrics-driven approach to pipeline and time management
Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales experience with a track record of hitting goals in competitive environments
- Comfort using AI as a regular part of work, with curiosity about how to apply it further to prospecting and deal conversations
- Ability to prospect actively (including picking up the phone), adapt quickly, and try new approaches
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize across a full pipeline
- Clear, confident communication skills to explain value to service business owners
- Metrics-driven mindset for tracking and improving performance
