Salary: $70,000–$85,000 USD base + quarterly performance-based incentives

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead engagement.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience managing full-cycle B2B sales opportunities.
- Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Must be permanently residing in the United States (excluding California and New York).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Nice to have
- SaaS sales experience.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with growth operating systems such as EOS, Pinnacle, or Scaling Up.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Multilingual abilities.
