What you will do

• Lead the Clinical Quality department across program quality, accreditation, safety, health equity, and clinical quality analytics.
• Define and drive the roadmap for Clinical Quality & Outcomes Committee (CQOC) priorities and AI bias monitoring.
• Build durable quality infrastructure to support a growing portfolio of clinical products and care experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI leaders to strengthen the clinical quality operating system.
• Oversee clinical quality governance for AI-enabled products, workflows, and decision-support tools.
• Represent clinical quality strategy to external stakeholders, including clients, health plans, and accrediting bodies.

Requirements

• MD or DO with active clinical licensure.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical quality, quality improvement, and program design within digital health or virtual care.
• Proven success building systems and operating models across matrixed teams.
• Experience managing clinical quality, accreditations, and data analytics functions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with NCQA, ADCES, or URAC accreditation.
• Program Management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, IHI).
• Background in healthcare AI, clinical informatics, or telemedicine.
