What you will do

• Lead the Medical Capabilities Team, overseeing congress planning, MLR review, and content creation across the product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain operational systems and processes to identify gaps and improve Medical Affairs efficiency.
• Manage congress strategy, including medical booths, content, and educational symposiums.
• Lead Alliance Management with global commercial partners to ensure strategic alignment of medical activities.
• Manage the OPEX budget and team meeting agendas to optimize resource utilization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT systems and oversee the integration of AI into medical workstreams.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) or significant equivalent experience in the medical field.
• 5+ years in biotech and/or pharma in medical roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in oncology medical capabilities or medical operations.
• Proven track record of people management and leading matrix teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel to headquarters and professional congresses (~25%).
