What you will do

• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of the Oncology Trial Navigation team.
• Operationalize outputs from AI-enabled trial matching platforms to support patient identification.
• Serve as the operational bridge between internal screening teams and external oncologists, PIs, and research coordinators.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure operational excellence and process optimization.
• Provide high-level education to patients and caregivers regarding trial opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Medical, Data Science, and Business Development teams.

Requirements

• Must hold active clinical licensure (RN, Genetic Counselor, NP, PA, or similar).
• 5+ years of oncology clinical experience, including at least 3 years in oncology clinical research.
• Proven experience in building and scaling clinical programs and managing direct reports.
• Expert-level understanding of clinical trial design and biomarker-driven oncology.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to translate complex clinical trial protocols into structured data requirements.

Nice to have

• Board Certification (e.g., OCN, CCRC).
• Master's degree in a clinical or scientific field.
• Experience in patient identification and trial matching at a molecular diagnostics laboratory.
