Location: Fully remote within the US
Salary: $230,000–$260,000 base

is a virtual medical practice providing comprehensive care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and menopause.
What you will do
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of APPs, RNs, and specialists to deliver high-quality, holistic care plans.
- Manage clinical responsibility for assigned patient populations and track population health metrics.
- Partner with Operations and Product leads to identify gaps and implement practice performance improvements.
- Conduct cross-disciplinary review sessions and peer reviews to drive team education and training.
- Provide virtual on-call support to ensure 24/7 patient availability.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited US medical school and completion of a US residency in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted US medical license with willingness to obtain licenses in all US states.
- Certification with AAFP or ABIM and Menopause Society Certification.
- 5+ years of experience as an attending physician, including leading team-based care.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Certification in Obesity Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine.
- Experience in Telehealth or Digital Products.
- Background in Value-based care or Population health management.
