Medical Director, Women's Primary Care

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $230,000–$260,000 base annually, plus an annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Provide medical leadership and collaborative clinical support for a multidisciplinary women's primary care team.
• Take clinical responsibility for an assigned patient population and related population health metrics.
• Supervise and consult with APPs, registered nurses, dietitians, mental health specialists, and other clinicians.
• Lead care coordination meetings and develop holistic, individualized care plans with clinical specialties.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and leadership to improve protocols, policies, training, technology-enabled tools, and clinical outcomes.
• Provide regular virtual call coverage, conduct peer reviews, and lead event review and provider education sessions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience practicing as an attending physician.
• Experience leading collaborative, team-based care with strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Medical degree from an accredited US medical school and completion of an accredited US Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Active, unrestricted US medical license and willingness to obtain licenses in all US states.
• Active certification with the American Academy of Family Physicians or American Board of Internal Medicine.
• Menopause Society Certification.
