Salary: $246,500 – $290,000 (Base for NYC)

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) program, setting the clinical vision for data collection and interpretation.
• Provide clinical expertise, education, and guidance to Oncology Nurse Navigators and Community Health Workers.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure ePRO tools reflect current clinical evidence.
• Develop and maintain clinical protocols and represent the organization in meetings with payers and health systems.
• Conduct virtual visits with members and lead case conferences for complex clinical situations.

Requirements

• Board certification in medical oncology with at least 3 years of clinical experience post-fellowship.
• Unrestricted medical license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Proficiency with modern technology, including Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records.

• Experience with electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO) implementation, iteration, and reporting.
