Salary: $246,500 – $290,000 (Base for NYC)

What you will do
- Lead the evolution of the electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) program, setting the clinical vision for data collection and interpretation.
- Provide clinical expertise, education, and guidance to Oncology Nurse Navigators and Community Health Workers.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure ePRO tools reflect current clinical evidence.
- Develop and maintain clinical protocols and represent the organization in meetings with payers and health systems.
- Conduct virtual visits with members and lead case conferences for complex clinical situations.
Requirements
- Board certification in medical oncology with at least 3 years of clinical experience post-fellowship.
- Unrestricted medical license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and rapid changes.
- Proficiency with modern technology, including Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records.
