Location: Must be based in the US
Compensation: $180,000–$250,000 OTE (plus equity)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead identification and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build deep empathy with users and executive sponsors to understand their success criteria.
- Engage with technical stakeholders to support onboarding readiness and data integration.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants and Customer Success to multi-thread deals across buyer teams.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product, marketing, and GTM strategy.
- Mentor newer team members and contribute best practices to improve win rates and deal velocity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Proven experience managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles for complex products.
- Track record of consistent pipeline generation and quota achievement.
- Experience at growth-stage companies, ideally with developer tools or data analytics.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders of all levels.
- Strong presentation, listening, and contact management capabilities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) or PLS (Product-Led Sales) motions.
