Salary: $85,600 – $128,400+ cash incentives

What you will do

• Infuse global and national hirify.global priorities into local field execution and generate local ideas based on consumer understanding.
• Lead local regional intelligence and share market insights (consumer insights, competitors, etc.) with regional and national teams.
• Create and support key local events and marketing opportunities, ensuring premium consumer experiences and brand visibility.
• Build and sustain relationships with key influencers and opinion leaders across online and offline scenes.
• Drive marketing innovation by identifying generational and digital/social trends and placing digital and social media at the heart of field activities.
• Source, hire, train, and manage Field Marketing Specialists, set goals, and run performance reviews while managing regional budgets and field expenses.

Requirements

• English: Must be fluent in English
• Authorization: Open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa
• Location: Based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States
• 3+ years marketing experience and people management experience (hiring, training, motivating teams).
• Experience working with commercial teams (sales or trade marketing) and proven negotiation and budget management skills.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license
