Senior Field Marketing Manager (Events/Demand Gen): Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field events to drive pipeline growth with an accent on regional event programs, conference/trade show execution, and measurable revenue impact. Focus on building repeatable playbooks, coordinating cross-functionally with sales/BDR teams, and reporting outcomes against pipeline and deal-acceleration goals.
Location: On-site in Austin, Texas (United States)
Salary: $130K–$160K base + equity

What you will do
- Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field events (executive dinners, workshops, conferences, and Con).
- Partner with sales pod leads to build field marketing programs aligned to pipeline gaps, revenue goals, and target accounts.
- Identify and prioritize the conferences/events/formats with the highest impact on pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
- Collaborate with BDRs on pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement to maximize attendance, booked meetings, and follow-ups.
- Manage sponsored conference/trade show presence: booth coordination, vendor management, staffing plans, promotional schedules, and on-site execution.
- Run lead management and reporting: maintain lead lists, upload to HubSpot/Salesforce, debrief outcomes, and build scalable playbooks.
Requirements
- Based in Austin, Texas or willing to relocate to Austin.
- 7+ years of B2B field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing experience with a proven track record driving pipeline through field programs.
- Strong project management skills to juggle multiple programs simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, BDR, and demand generation teams.
- Experience with GTM stack tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
