What you will do

• Drive technical strategies for digital implementation and signoff, including synthesis and place-and-route.
• Collaborate with R&D to enhance tool methodologies and exceed customer requirements.
• Support critical customer flagship product tape-outs through hands-on technical guidance.
• Develop and optimize design flows using Tcl, Python, or Perl to improve process efficiency.
• Deliver technical presentations and lead high-level discussions with internal teams and customers.
• Push Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) metrics for advanced technology nodes.

Requirements

• MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of industry experience in digital design and EDA.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Design Fundamentals, Semiconductor fundamentals, and Static Timing Analysis.
• Proven experience with IC digital implementation flows and backend EDA tools.
• Proficiency in scripting with Perl, Tcl, or Python for process automation.
• Experience with advanced technology nodes (Sub 5nm and below).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with hirify.global tools such as Genus, Innovus, Conformal, Tempus, Modus, or Voltus.
• Expertise in advanced clock tree synthesis techniques including SoC Clock Distribution and H-Tree.
• Experience with multiple design closure aspects including DRC, LVS, and EMIR.
