What you will do

• Review customer schematics and PCB layouts to ensure design success.
• Perform hands-on bring-up and debug of customer hardware boards.
• Provide remote or on-site troubleshooting for technical issues.
• Support customer lab and field trials to understand application environments.
• Develop technical documentation including application notes, user guides, and white papers.
• Collaborate with silicon development and marketing teams to define next-generation products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 3+ years of experience or Master’s/PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Experience with high-speed SerDes or Ethernet PHY products.
• Familiarity with high-speed PCB layout, signal integrity, and board manufacturing.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or TCL for scripting and automation.
• Experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and traffic generators.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of complex mixed-signal ICs and high-speed interface protocols.
