What you will do
- Design and deliver comprehensive leadership development programs for all levels, including executive-level initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end operations for coaching, mentoring, and succession planning programs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align development efforts with strategic business goals.
- Lead talent assessment strategies to identify capability gaps and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Utilize people data to measure program effectiveness, ROI, and bench strength.
- Facilitate workshops and development experiences for global leader populations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent development, or organizational development.
- Proven track record in designing and leading executive-level development programs.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
