What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned features from discovery through to post-launch iteration.
• Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing user needs, business value, and technical constraints.
• Lead discovery initiatives including user interviews, usability feedback analysis, and competitive research.
• Collaborate with product designers and engineering leads to ensure high-quality, user-centered feature development.
• Define and track success metrics to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a product management role within a SaaS or software environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning features independently through a full delivery lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into product decisions.
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and vendor specs to inform planning.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with product management and project tracking tools like Shortcut or Jira.
• Proactive interest in adopting AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity.
