What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans for integration solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, DevOps, and QA teams to prioritize requirements and deliver high-quality enhancements.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and translating pain points into valuable product features.
• Guide the design and development of external partner-facing integrations.
• Present roadmap progress and outcomes to senior leadership to ensure organizational alignment.
• Mentor junior team members and promote Agile methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Strong technical fluency in API architecture, integration design, and software development concepts.
• Proven ability to transform customer feedback into actionable product strategies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
