What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers to ensure strong execution and lifecycle management.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulatory information management solutions.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, market demands, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable features.
• Engage with customers, sales, and support teams to gather insights and ensure product-market fit.
• Act as a product evangelist, representing capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3+ years of experience in a product management leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing product teams.
• Strong ability to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated industries like life sciences.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes, submission workflows, or platforms like Veeva Vault RIM.
