Compensation: $102,800–$130,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver tailored software demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline health in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices to support team development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in software sales, specifically within SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
