Compensation: $102,800–$130,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver tailored software demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline health in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices to support team development.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in software sales, specifically within SMB and mid-market segments.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
