Location: Remote (USA). Applicants within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Compensation: $173,000 – $220,000 USD (base + variable).

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by managing the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with IT and Engineering leaders.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate multi-year recurring revenue contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience selling to Enterprise/Fortune accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into C-Suite and Engineering leadership.
  • Strong network of IT leaders in large enterprise businesses.
  • Must be based in the USA; hybrid expectations apply for those near the Westlake/Dallas office.
  • Expertise in solution sales, pipeline development, and contract negotiation.
