Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end integrated, multi-channel planning for assigned accounts and present at executive touchpoints.
- Build trusted relationships with director and VP-level stakeholders to surface and neutralize risks.
- Convert complex platform and competitive insights into clear, action-driving narratives.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Analytics, Product, and Channels to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive performance, optimization, and transparency by linking investment recommendations to measurable outcomes.
- Develop emerging leaders and promote a culture of accountability and performance within the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing (enterprise/upper-mid).
- 4+ years of people leadership managing individual contributors and managers.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong cross-channel literacy (Search, Social, Display, Commerce, CRM) and measurement acumen.
- Executive relationship leadership and experience in complex change management.
- Financial fluency including ability to interpret margin, utilization, and pricing constructs.

- Advanced degree or equivalent professional certifications.
- Experience with Bliss Point App or similar MMM/incrementality tools.
