What you will do

  • Set the creative standard and best practices across all client accounts, platforms, and formats.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and playbooks to ensure repeatable creative success.
  • Mentor and lead a team of performance creative strategists to improve their diagnostic and direct response skills.
  • Collaborate with the production team to build systematic, high-output workflows.
  • Own the creative onboarding process for new clients to drive early wins.
  • Act as the senior creative voice for clients, presenting strategies and providing actionable feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative, primarily within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth and improving conversion rates.
  • Deep fluency in direct response principles for Meta and TikTok.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams under pressure.
  • Ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of clients simultaneously.
