Salary: $174,000 – $217,000

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, including MAP, CRM, and attribution tooling.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools and agents to reduce manual work and improve personalization.
  • Design and enforce scalable processes for campaign execution, lead management, and funnel operations.
  • Build and maintain a reliable data foundation for clean lead records and trustworthy reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of GTM engineers and operations specialists.
  • Partner with marketing leadership, sales, and engineering to ensure systems and workflows are aligned.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep hands-on experience with enterprise marketing technology stacks (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools, automations, or agents in a marketing context.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel from brand awareness to retention.
  • Fluency in marketing data, attribution models, and CRM hygiene.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco or New York City.
