What you will do

• Deliver high-quality consulting engagements aligned to hirify.global methodologies and quality standards.
• Lead and support engagement teams with guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Own project outcomes by ensuring adherence to engagement plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and present analyses and insights that translate employee experience and workforce data into strategies.
• Serve as primary client contact for assigned workstreams and build trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders and boards.
• Support knowledge transfer through training and facilitation, and contribute to internal innovation of consulting methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Location: open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in hospital-based HR operations, including employee experience and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in workforce engagement and employee experience data/methodology, plus strong project management experience.
• Travel: ability to travel up to 75%.

Nice to have

• Prior management or strategy consulting experience.
• Experience with patient experience improvement initiatives.
• Master’s degree.
• Educational background in business administration, health policy/administration, finance, or a clinical discipline (RN, MD, APP, PharmD).
