Senior Consultant, Employee Experience - Healthcare

Location: Remote within the United States; travel to client sites required up to 75%

Base salary: $116,000–$170,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead consulting workstreams and deliver engagements aligned with established methodologies and quality standards.
• Analyze workforce and employee experience data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Develop presentations, analyses, and client deliverables for healthcare organizations.
• Guide engagement teams through coaching, feedback, knowledge transfer, and capability-building.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and boards while identifying opportunities for continued partnership.
• Contribute to consulting methodology, tool, and offering innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience, including hospital-based HR operations.
• Expertise in workforce engagement and employee experience data and methodology.
• Experience leading large-scale process improvement, implementation, and healthcare consulting initiatives.
• Strong project management, quantitative, qualitative, conceptual analysis, writing, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work remotely from within the United States.

Nice to have

• Management or strategy consulting experience.
• Patient experience improvement experience.
• Master’s degree.
• Education in business administration, health policy or administration, finance, or a clinical discipline.
