Senior Business Process Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-CA; must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead business case development for proposed initiatives, assessing opportunities, risks, and return on investment.
• Support strategic and business planning, initiative prioritization, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Organize work teams, facilitate meetings, build consensus, document recommendations, and oversee implementation.
• Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staffing structures, and required skills to execute initiatives.
• Communicate initiative goals and progress across all organizational levels and support other project leaders with facilitation, analysis, process mapping, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in healthcare and/or insurance is preferred.
• Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
